Do you supply CNC-cut panels to contractors outside Ras Al Khaimah?
Yes. We cut panels in our Ras Al Khaimah workshop and deliver by courier anywhere in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. Panels are supplied ready for your team to finish and install. For deliveries outside the UAE, contact us to discuss your project.
What file format do you need for a CNC quote?
A CAD file in DXF or DWG is ideal because it cuts exactly as drawn. A PDF, a sketch or a photo with dimensions also works, and we will confirm the design with you before cutting. Send the file with the panel size, quantity, material and thickness.
What is the maximum sheet size and thickness?
We cut standard sheets of 1220 × 2440 mm and 1220 × 3600 mm, in thicknesses from 2 mm to 30 mm as standard and up to 100 mm for heavy carving and thick panels. Larger designs are split across several sheets and line up neatly on site.
How fast can you cut a trade order?
Standard cutting orders are typically ready within 48 hours. Painting and special finishes add time, so panels are supplied raw as standard. For project quantities we plan the cutting around your site programme.
Which materials can you cut?
We cut solid wood, MDF, acrylic, ACP and aluminium in-house. Steel and other metals are laser cut through a trusted partner, so you can order wood and metal elements from one supplier.
Do you take repeat and batch orders?
Yes. Batch cutting, repeat patterns and project quantities are welcome, and we keep your approved files on record so repeat orders are quick. Share your drawings and schedule and we will quote the full package.
