Round mashrabiya patterns
Round mashrabiya designs work as feature medallions, ceiling panels, wall art, mirror surrounds and focal points in majlis and entrance halls. Pick a design from the gallery and Al Malek Carpentry cuts it to your diameter in our Ras Al Khaimah workshop, in wood, MDF, acrylic, ACP or aluminium.
A round panel can be cut as a single piece up to the sheet width, or as a layered design with a separate frame. Tell us the diameter you need and where it will be fixed.
How to order a design
- Take a screenshot of the design you like from the gallery above.
- Send it on WhatsApp with the size, quantity and material you need.
- We confirm the drawing, price and timing. Standard cutting orders are typically ready within 48 hours.
- Collect from our Ras Al Khaimah workshop or receive the panels by courier anywhere in the UAE.
Materials and sizes
- Cut in-house: solid wood, MDF, acrylic, ACP and aluminium. Steel and other metals are laser cut through a trusted partner.
- Sheet sizes: 1220 × 2440 mm and 1220 × 3600 mm. Larger designs are split across several sheets and line up neatly on site.
- Thickness: 2 mm to 30 mm as standard.
- Finish: supplied raw as standard; painting on request.
Frequently asked questions
Can you change the size or pattern of a design?
Yes. Every design is a vector drawing, so we scale it to your exact wall, window or door size and adjust the border or pattern density so it cuts cleanly in your chosen material. Send your measurements and we confirm the final drawing with you before cutting.
Which material is best for a mashrabiya panel?
MDF is the most popular choice for painted indoor panels, and solid wood suits stained finishes. Acrylic gives a modern look and can be backlit. ACP and aluminium are the better choice outdoors and in humid areas because they do not absorb moisture. We advise on the right material for your space.
Do you also install the panels?
Yes, in Ras Al Khaimah, as part of our joinery service. Outside Ras Al Khaimah we supply the panels cut and ready for your own team to install, with courier delivery anywhere in the UAE.
