Arabic Majlis Designs in Ras Al Khaimah
Al Malek Carpentry designs and builds made-to-measure Arabic majlis interiors in Ras Al Khaimah, from upholstered seating and sofas to coffee tables, wall panels and TV units. Every piece is made in our own workshop and installed by our team, after a site visit, design approval and a clear quotation.
A majlis is where families welcome guests, so we plan the seating around the length of each wall and the way you host. Many of our majlis walls are built around a feature such as a portrait of the late Sheikh Zayed, LED-lit wood panels or CNC Mashrabiya. Browse the gallery below for layouts and finishes we have built.
- Upholstered Arabic majlis seating built to the length of your walls
- Curved sofas and L- or U-shaped seating
- Matching coffee tables and side tables
- Wooden wall panels and feature walls with LED lighting
- TV units and storage cabinets for the majlis
- CNC Mashrabiya panels and patterns for walls and ceilings
- Fabric, colours and seating style chosen by you
- Installation by our own team
How a majlis project works
- Send photos: share photos and rough measurements of the room on WhatsApp, or call us.
- Site visit: we visit to take exact measurements and discuss the seating and wall ideas.
- Design and quotation: we prepare the layout, fabrics, finishes and quotation for your approval.
- Build and install: we make the seating and joinery in our Ras Al Khaimah workshop and our team installs it in your home.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make majlis seating to fit the size of my room?
Yes. We measure the majlis on site and design the seating to the exact length of each wall, working around doors and windows. Then we build it in our Ras Al Khaimah workshop and our own team installs it.
Can I choose the fabric and colours for my majlis?
Yes. You choose the fabric, colours, seating style and tables. We prepare the full design for your approval before anything is made, so you can see how the finished majlis will look and change details first.
Do you also make the walls and ceiling for the majlis?
Yes. Alongside the seating we make wall panels, TV units, ceiling designs and CNC-cut Mashrabiya panels, so the whole majlis is designed and finished as one matching space by the same team.
Planning a new majlis?
Send us photos and rough measurements of the space and we will reply with ideas and a quotation.
